Director of Sales
Director of Sales for independent, high volume restaurant with private dining room (holds 25 sit down/45 reception). Their location is very popular and they often have buy-outs (up to 100 guests) of the restaurant which the DOS would be responsible for.  The position is a sales and service role and has a quarterly bonus program based on revenue generation.
The Individual will work closely in a cross-functional environment with leadership, including Director of Operations, Culinary team, and Ownership. The successful candidate will create significant long-term sales driving initiatives with the ultimate goal of driving revenue growth.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through in-person presentations and proposals
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with guests and businesses in the community
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes, leverage this insight to improve the marketing approach
Salary:  $80-$85k plus quarterly bonus
