Assistant Director of Security
Location: Naples, Florida
Salary: $95,000 – 110k

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in security, preferably within luxury hotel or resort environments

• Proven skills in team supervision, emergency response protocols, and implementing security policies

• Strong ethical character, guest service orientation, and familiarity with compliance standards

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily security operations, including guest and staff safety, patrols, incident reporting, and emergency response

• Train, schedule, and mentor security personnel; conduct performance evaluations

• Coordinate security drills and review fire, emergency, and evacuation plans

• Maintain security systems (keys, alarms) and collaborate with local authorities as needed

• Assist the Director of Security in budgeting, incident documentation, and policy development
