Location: East Providence, RI
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Established Portuguese restaurant seeks an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations.
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef experience, including high-volume restaurant and banquet service

Proficiency in Portuguese cuisine required

Strong hands-on leadership skills and ability to develop a cohesive kitchen team
Responsibilities:

Lead all culinary operations across à la carte dining and banquet production (up to 450 covers on holidays)

Track and manage food & labor costs to meet set targets

Maintain traditional Portuguese preparations and uphold consistency across all offerings; develop all specials
- Work closely with the banquet team to execute events for up to 300 guests
